Processing
Processing (manufacturing) skills refine gathered materials into usable goods: refined components, consumables, and finished gear. You pick a recipe, and as long as you have the inputs and the required level, your character crafts it for the output and XP. Higher-level recipes need a higher skill level and better inputs.
Each processing skill draws on what the gathering skills produce:
| Skill | You make | From |
|---|---|---|
| Blacksmithing | Metal bars, weapons, every skill’s tools, and charcoal | Mined ore and fuel |
| Tailoring | Cloth and cloth-and-pelt armour | Farmed fibre and hunted pelts |
| Crafting | Wooden planks, accessories, and talismans | Cut logs and metal bars |
| Alchemy | Healing pills and elixirs | Herbs, grain, and by-products |
| Cooking | Food that restores and buffs | Meat, fish, grain, and herbs |
